Located on the upper level of a period property within The Knightsbridge Estate, the marketing suite combines meeting and display areas with workstations.

The compact footprint was planned to maintain openness and a strong connection to the Brompton Road frontage, its defining feature. The large front window was opened up, with its sill forming a continuous datum that runs through glass partitions to link the spaces. Original brickwork is exposed in places to highlight materiality and the building’s historic character.

A bright front zone hosts the meeting table, presentation screen, and showcase display, while the rear accommodates up to three workstations. Minimal, high-quality interiors feature timber flooring, inset rugs, and a context-driven colour palette, with carefully selected furniture enhancing the suite’s ‘showcase’ feel.
