woda_studio is a RIBA chartered architecture practice founded in London in 2021, specializing in residential, commercial and hospitality projects in the UK and mainland Europe.

RESIDENTIAL BLOCK REFURBISHMENT

Refurbishment of 1960s residential block overlooking two of London's most famous parks. New glazing offers better thermal performance as well as a degree of modelling and interest an otherwise flat facade. Full height glass units maximize the visual connection to the parks.
ISLAND VILLA
Tinos, GREECE
Semele is a newbuild house on the island of Tinos. Interior spaces are set below the existing terrain with courtyards providing natural light and ventilation. The splendor of the vast sea views is complimented and framed by layered and generous interiors.
OFFICE REFURBISHMENT

Commercial refurbishment to provide Grade A+ office space in a London period building. We utilized an open plan design with glazed partitions to allow natural light to permeate the space and applied a simple material palette for a natural and clean look.

Competition winning entry for the extension of a collection of existing luxury holiday homes. Suites are carefully placed on the terrain to provide privacy and access to the unique view.
TOWNHOUSE REFURBISHMENT & EXTENSION

Refurbishment and extension of a Victorian townhouse in East London. Working within a conservation area we applied a contemporary yet minimal approach to the new extension that establishes a stronger connection between the interiors and the lush, landscaped garden.

Newbuild private home on the island of Antiparos, Greece. Working within strict local design guidelines, we arranged two self-contained buildings in a tight plot. The fragmentation of the main building volumes articulates their scale and creates opportunities for external terraces and courtyards.
